Delivery Information 

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment (Spain: 6 to 7 days).
They are shipped via bPost with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
Shipping via Mondial Relay is also available, with delivery to the pick-up point of your choice.
Parcels can also be collected in-store.

Products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. The goods are transported at the seller’s risk until they are delivered to the address specified by the buyer. From that moment on, the buyer assumes all risks.

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are not included in the product prices.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel.

We recommend grouping all your items into a single order.
We cannot combine two separate orders; shipping fees apply to each of them individually.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The box dimensions are suitable, and your items are properly protected.

Return costs are at the customer’s expense, with a deadline of 10 days after delivery.
